Yes! You will receive a hard copy certificate of attendance after each event is complete. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your certificates to arrive.

Your certificates will certify a number of hours equal to the duration of the event you attended, at a rate of 8 hours per day. 

Team Micro Live provides 8 hours of certified hours per day, ideal for artists who are required to maintain continuing education hours for insurance purposes or for professional memberships.

The 3 day PMU event (September 26-28 2022) provides 24 hours, the 2 day SMP event (September 29-30) provides 16 hours, and combined ticket holders benefit from 40 certified hours.

Our events are hosted on the brand new Zoom Events platform. All you need is the FREE Zoom app on your phone or PC, and the access code for your chosen events. Access codes will be emailed to you before the events begin.

No. Access codes only work on one device at a time.

All talks are recorded. Replays will be available to all Annual Pass members for as long as their annual pass remains active, and for 3 months thereafter. If you booked one event only, replays will be available for 3 months after the event. Replays will be available on this website, and an access password will be emailed to you after the live event.

If both permanent makeup and scalp micropigmentation are on your radar, you should certainly book both events if you can. If, however, you intend to remain soley focused on one or the other, we suggest booking the event most relevant to you.

That said, although most of the talks are technique-based, many focus on business and personal development and are applicable for both PMU and SMP artists. 

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you cannot attend one of our events, all content is available to access online for at least 3 months after the event, or longer if you are an Annual Pass holder.

VAT at the UK rate of 20% is charged on all bookings for UK and European residents. VAT cannot be removed from your booking, therefore any VAT refund due must be claimed from your local tax authority.
